HOB Story
I grew up in Scarborough with big dreams but few tools to guide me. Distractions, obstacles, and feeling stuck were constant.
I didn’t always know the right path. I didn’t always have consistent mentors. And I definitely didn’t have a system for discipline or structure.
But I learned an important truth early: waiting for the “right time” or the “perfect plan” doesn’t work. Growth comes from small, consistent daily action.
That’s why I created House of Black (HOB).
Not simply to inspire people but to create practical systems that help Black youth and young men develop discipline, access opportunity, and build stronger futures.
